Invoice Payment Policy

After we give you a total cost for your project, 50% of the cost must be paid upfront, at the time you submit your work. The remaining 50% will be payable after the job is complete. When the job is complete, we will send your project back to you, accompanied by an invoice detailing costs (including the cost of shipping, paper, ink, and scanning, if applicable). All invoices are due upon receipt. If you are restrained by your company's policies to pay upon receipt, please let us know when you submit your work, and we will be glad to work out payment arrangements.
